Trust & Safety

How we maintain the integrity of the registry and protect the ecosystem from abuse.

Community Flagging

Any verified brand can flag another brand's capsule for suspicious activity. Flags are reviewed by the platform and, if upheld, result in automatic trust score penalties. This creates a self-policing ecosystem where bad actors are identified by the community, not just by the platform.

Who can flag?

Only brands with verified capsules (trust score above 30,000) can submit flags. This prevents Sybil attacks.

What happens when a flag is submitted?

The flag enters a review queue. The flagged brand is notified and can respond. Platform reviewers make the final determination.

What's the penalty?

Each upheld flag reduces the trust score by 15,000 points. Three upheld flags change the capsule status to 'flagged'.

Can flags be appealed?

Yes. Flagged brands can submit evidence to dispute the flag. If the appeal is upheld, the penalty is reversed.
